Being a Client Development Executive at KnowledgeBrief

The purpose of the role is to provide the Client Development Team at KnowledgeBrief with a dedicated lead generation function in order to grow the business

The duties that will be performed within this role are:

  • Establishing customer/prospect need
  • Appointment booking
  • New business generation: using public information to find new prospects
  • Data research and collation; adding new businesses to the existing database of customers and prospects
  • Data management of an existing database of customers and prospects
  • Providing information to the Head of Client Development on prospects in a timely fashion
  • Updating and managing customer records in the company CRM

The requirements

Minimum 5 GCSE or equivalent including maths and English

Some skills in creative writing would be ideal

A good, clear communicator who is self-motivated and enjoys working within a team environment.
