Why we need you

Duties will include:

  • Raise purchase order paperwork
  • Raise sub contract paperwork
  • Match pick notes with the sales order on winman
  • Keep track of consumable count
  • Chase & expedite orders
  • Assist the supply chain team in the daily admin tasks
  • Communicating with suppliers (i.e. checking loading dates)
  • General project support
  • Assist in keeping container planning spreadsheet up to date – costs
  • Prepare customer order paper work to distribute to the warehouse team

The requirements

  • GCSE Grades A-C / 8-4 (or equivalent) in English, maths and ICT as a minimum
  • Specific Software Knowledge; Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Reliable, positive and proactive approach to administration activities
  • Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy within the ERP system
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and helpful approach
