We have joined forces with Sussex Health and Care Partnership to bring students a 2 week Medicine Virtual Work Experience. Open to students in Year 11 and Year 12, the programme will give an overview of what a career in medicine can offer, with opportunities to meet NHS medical professionals, ask them questions and learn about their day to day work. Students will also learn about different areas of medicine and complete work and assignments. Finally, upon completion of the full programme, students will receive a certificate to add to CVs and/or Personal Statements.
The programme is spread over is running from February 8th – 19th.
There is around 10 hours of activity which can fit around other obligations. There are live webinars but once they have taken place a recording was available to watch. During this 10 hour work experience programme the following areas will be covered:
