Vodafone Work Experience Programmes

If you’re enrolled at school or college, Vodafone has a number of work experience opportunities available for you.

Insight Days: A one-day event that is aimed at providing 14-18 year olds with key skills for the work place.

Ignite Work Experience Programme: A week-long placement in a relevant business area of your choice, where you’ll develop industry focussed skills, and an insight into working life at Vodafone

#CodeLikeAGirl Programme: A 4-day coding workshop for girls aged 14-18 years , where you’ll be taught technical skills to build websites and thrive in a STEM focussed career.

Vodafone Apprenticeship Programmes

Vodafone’s apprenticeship programme gives you the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge with real industry experts while being paid for your time. They currently offer Advanced, Higher & Degree apprenticeships Level 2,3,4 & 6. and have opportunities across various locations in the UK including London, Newbury and Manchester. 

The duration of these apprenticeships are between 12 and 48 months depending on the programme you sign up for.

Vodafone Internship Programmes

The Vodafone Explore Internship programme aims to give young people hands on experience and develop key employability skills. You’ll benefit from on the job learning and be surrounded by experts in the team.

The 2 types of opportunities on offer are:

Industrial Placements: 12 months
Summer Internships: 10-14 weeks

Their Explore Internship programmes also give you an excellent chance of securing a spot on their graduate programme.

Vodafone Graduate Programmes

Vodafone’s Discover Graduate programme opens doors for young people to work across six core areas including Digital, Business, Technology, Commercial, Finance, HR and External Affairs. You’ll be ale to rotate in your chosen area of specialism and be part of a global community of graduates working towards building an exciting future.
