Kier Internship Programmes

If you are currently studying for a degree, Kier’s 8-week summer internships and 12-month industrial placements are a great way to immerse yourself in this innovative industry. 

You will get to look inside a leading infrastructure, building, developments and housing group and find out about the work Kier do, and the sectors they support. All while getting a valuable hands-on experience which will support your studies. 

Kier Graduate Programmes

Kier’s structured, two-year, Graduate Development Programme provides an opportunity for you to progress after university, providing you with the tools and experience to qualify for membership of your chosen profession.

All graduates at Kier are supported in their day-to-day work by an on-the-job line manager. They also receive the help of an experienced ‘professional body mentor’ who helps with the development of goals and to expand the skills required for chartership to a relevant professional body. broadcast:
