You’ll get an insider view of BT and learn a variety of skills for everyday working life.

BT Apprenticeship Programmes

An apprenticeship with BT is an opportunity to work alongside and learn on the job from experienced colleagues to gain job-specific skills, while earning a salary. Alongside working towards a nationally recognised professional qualification, it also opens doors to a permanent role with BT.

Typically BT apprenticeships are between eighteen months and four years in duration and are open to anyone over the age of 16, living in the UK and not in full-time education.

BT Internship Programmes

Internships or undergraduate placements at BT are split into industrial and summer placements. They’re available across commercial management, networks, security, software, technology and research sectors. Each of these placements can give you exposure to how different departments a BT work and provide a great environment to develop your knowledge, understanding and skills.

You should be in the penultimate year of a relevant undergraduate degree course and on track to achieve a minimum 2.1 to be eligible.
