Atkins Work Experience Programmes

You’ll spend time in the office you’ve chosen, shadowing and working alongside Atkins staff for up to ten working days. By spending time with teams working on live or real past projects, you’ll get a unique insight into how the world of business works, putting you a step ahead of the competition when you start looking for a job. Atkins will treat you like a member of the team and make sure that your experience with them is valuable. You will be encouraged to speak to as many people as possible during your work experience to learn about all the different careers and entry routes with Atkins.

Atkins Apprenticeship Programmes

With an Atkins accredited day or block-release apprenticeship scheme, apprentices can be sure that that they are in great company. As a paid, full time and permanent member of the team, they’ll support you from day one to help you reach your full potential. Supported by line managers, senior leaders, the Learning & Development team and the apprentice community, you’re given the trust and flexibility to drive your own development.
